  -  All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
 
  - Please arrive on time and with clean Lashes/Brows for optimal results.
 
  - Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or cancellation
 
2. Cancellation Policy: 
  - Allow us 24–48 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules 
 
3. Refunds & Satisfaction 
  - We do not offer refunds for any services
 
  - If your unhappy with your service, you have 24 hours from your appointment to notify us. We will happily provide a correction or adjustment at no additional charge within this time frame
 
4. Consultation & Aftercare
  - A completed consultation form is required before your service. This ensures your safety and best results.
 
  - Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions to maintain results and avoid damage
 
5.  Guests & Behavior 
  - Please attend your appointment alone - no extra guests unless previously discussed.
 
  - Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in service refusal without refund
